이 시스템을 통해 한국사람들은 쉽고 저렴하게 자신의 건강을 돌볼수 있습니다.
한국에 이 시스템이 없다면 아마도 미국과 유사항 사항이 일어날것이라 생각됩니다.
Korea has the medical insurance which was run by government.
It was called National Health Service insurance. I will call this NHS
In 1963, it was started and after 26 years, In 1989, it was applied to all Korea people
It is compulsory to join this national insurance so they have to pay a certain amount of money based on their salary to NHS.
If people are sick or get hurt, they can receive straight medical treatment at a cheaper price through it.
It makes medical service easily accessible. I will tell you my experience as an example,
When I was 13 years old, I had a big accident which I fell out of bridge and I was entitled to financial benefits from NHS.
At that time, my parents and I realized that it was a good insurance system.
Also people get regular medical checkup to detect diseases early by the help of NHS.
I have been away from Korea but I still entitled for NHS support
If there was not this health insurance system in Korea,
Probably people could not receive treatment easily and should pay a lot of money.
For example, America does not have the similar one So, medical payments is so expensive
and many Americans can not afford to get the treatment when they need.
as a result this has become a serious social problem.
Some Americans often go to Cuba or other countries in order to seek affordable medical treatment.So I thank it is beneficial for koreans.
